Below is a sample template that can be used to receive failure notification and error responses from Amazon for a refund failure. The placeholders will pull the response from the Amazon uploaded documents. The template must be assigned to the AmazonOrderRefundFailure template assignment for the template to be sent to your inbox.
If the general All Amazon Document Failures template is configured, it will pull responses for order refunds as well (you will only receive the All Amazon Document Failures email.)
Please Note: The Global APP setting AmazonDocumentQueryDelayInSeconds must be enabled. This setting can be enabled by SellerCloud Support.
