The Fulfillment Report Dashboard focuses on the performance of order fulfillment. Performance is measured against the Order Promise Date - the date by which the order was supposed to be shipped.
This report can help you zero on into why an order may be late; it may be a reason related the product or related to the workload of a specific day.
The report shows the total qty of order fulfilled by merchant and breaks them down into 3 categories:
Several color coded graphs and charts give a visual snapshot of performance. There are also charts that itemize top fulfilling products and top late fulfilling products.
