Dispatch Time

Please Note: If you are using eBay Business Policies, max dispatch time must be configured through the policy. The max dispatch time on the eBay properties page will be ignored. Read more here.

eBay has a setting called "DispatchTime" with which you define fulfillment latency, or lead time to ship - let customers know how long it'll take you to ship their order once they've paid. It can be set by number of days (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, or 20). On eBay the listing will display a date range based on location of item and possible Ship To locations.

In SellerCloud, you can set a default Dispatch Time for all of a company's products from the Company Settings toolbox, on the eBay Settings > General Settings page. There are two separate settings, one for in-stock products and another for replenishable products, as seen below:
Please Note: changes to the dispatch time do not update automatically to eBay. You can update by either using the action Revise all Listings or Revise Shipping on the eBay properties page. Similar actions can revise in bulk from the Manage Inventory page when in eBay Mode.

You can also override the default value for a particular product in the product's eBay Properties, as seen below:

The dispatch time can also be updated via Bulk Update Products using the column headers DispatchTimeMax_InStock or DispatchTimeMax_Replenishable. Use integer values in those columns to represent the number of days  (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 15, or 20)
