3DCart

SellerCloud integrates with 3DCart via API. There is a plugin available to enhance the API integration. The plugin aids in high volume order download, and allows for shipping method mapping. The plugin can be installed on your environment by SellerCloud Support.

API Without Plugin
  1. Login to 3DCart admin portal.
  2. Navigate Settings > Modules > Search for SOAP API.
  3. Copy the API Key and the Store URL
  4. In SellerCloud navigate Company Settings > Toolbox > Website > General.
  5. Select ThreeD Cart from the Store Type dropdown.
  6. Save you settings. You can come back later to enable the automatic feeds and set the defaults
  7. Open the toolbox and select Website > Integrated Website. This item will only display when an integrated website, like 3D Cart, has been selected.
  8. Select 3D Cart General Settings.
  9. Enter the API Key and the Storefront URL (ex. www.yourstore.com).
  10. Save.
API with Plugin

  2. Enter it in your 3Dcart portal under Modules > Rest API
  3. SellerCloud Support will provide you with Token and Private Key
  4. Get a developer to Run the SPs attached to the plugin
  5. Go to SellerCloud.
  6. In SellerCloud navigate Company Settings > Toolbox > Website > General.
  7. Select ThreeD Cart from the Store Type dropdown.
  8. Save you settings. You can come back later to enable the automatic feeds and set the defaults
  9. Open the Company Settings toolbox and select Website > SellerCloud Plugin Website > Website Cart General.
  10. Enter the Private Key, Store URL, and Token.
  11. Enable active listing report download.
  12. Save.
  13. Navigate Website > SellerCloud Plugin Website > Shipping Method Mapping to map 3dCart shipping methods to SellerCloud Methods.

Automate the Integration
Go back to Website > General to configure default and enable automatic feeds.
  1. Enable Allow Order Download limit if there are existing shipped orders in 3dcart. Select an order limit date.
  2. Enable Allow Order Downloads and Allow Tracking Upload.
  3. Enable Allow New Product Upload to post new products.
  4. Enable Allow Inventory Upload when you are ready to have SellerCloud control inventory on 3dcart. Be aware that products which are not 3dcart enabled will be updated with a qty of zero.
    • Please Note: Only products whose inventory has changed in SellerCloud within the past 5 days will be included in the inventory feed to 3dcart.
    • With Matrix products, the parent and all variation children need to be "Website Enabled". Bulk update with column header WebEnabled. Expected values are True or False.
    • Please Note: The product must be "Website Enabled" on the Website properties page for the available inventory to upload. Otherwise, an inventory of zero will upload for that product.
