CS-Cart Order download automatically in to SellerCloud. Once shipped, tracking will upload to CS-Cart automatically.
This automation is controlled by the Website Settings:
Cancelling and Refunding CS-Cart Orders
Order that are not yet shipped can be cancelled from the order detail page - Cancel/Issue Refund on the action menu.
Order that have been shipped can be refunded from the order detail page - Cancel/Issue Refund on the action menu. If the Item is being returned, you may want to create an RMA. You can generate the refund form the RMA page.
